FORT BELVOIR, Va. -- Civilian Aides to the Secretary of the Army (CASA), and their spouses, toured the new U.S. Army Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM) headquarters building as part of a command overview briefing and visit, Fort Belvoir, Virginia, Feb. 24. CASAs are business and community leaders appointed by the Secretary of the Army to advise and support Army leaders across the country and tell the Army's story.
