PICATINNY ARSENAL, N.J. - Picatinny Arsenal's award-winning water park, Frog Falls, will open for it's 18th season, May 27. Before the official summer kickoff, installation military leadership make sure the equipment passes the "field test."

Brig. Gen. Alfred F. Abramson III, Picatinny Arsenal Senior Commander, and Lt. Col. Jeffrey Ivey, Picatinny Arsenal's Garrison Commander, tested out the park's slides before it opens to the public on Saturday.

The Frog Falls facility includes two high velocity slides, six 25-yard lap lanes, a zero-depth entry leisure pool, a lazy river, and a child activity pool with its own activities for even the littlest guests. The park is open from Memorial Day through Labor Day weekends.

The 520,000 gallon aquatic park was recently named the best public pool in New Jersey. Limited memberships are available to the public.
