CINCU, Romania -- 3rd Infantry Division Soldiers successfully executed a low-water crossing, here, Nov. 22-23.

In addition to the low-water crossing, the Soldiers tested their ability to move personnel and equipment via a 12-kilomenter road march during day and night time, which included crossing numerous bridges with varying load capacities, from the railhead download site in Viola to the Cincu Training Area.

Technical engineers from the 273rd Forward Engineer Support Team Advance, or FEST-A, and mission command representatives from the 4th Infantry Division oversaw the event.

While supporting follow-on training objectives, this movement validated the access route from a key logistical node to the training area.
