Under Secretary of the Army Dr. Joseph W. Westphal has breakfast with Soldiers from the 3d Armored Cavalry Regiment at Fort Hood, Texas, to discuss key Army issues. Westphal visited Fort Hood to gain situational awareness and ensure the Army is correctly prioritizing, balancing and integrating resources to support the mission of the Army's largest installation.
