Members of the Colorado Springs Military Affairs Council visited the U.S. Army Space and Missile Defense Command/Army Forces Strategic Command in Colorado Springs for command briefings Sept 22. The group of about 35 people was greeted by Col. Scot Cuthbertson, assistant to the deputy commanding general for operations, and then briefed on the various capabilities of the command. Col. Eric P. Henderson, 1st Space Brigade commander, and Col. Gregory S. Bowen, 100th Missile Defense Brigade commander, each briefed on the missions of their respective brigades.
