Releasing Contributors
Only have access to edit their own articles. Releasing Contributors can release any changes made to a previously released article.
Editors, Publishers and Admin
Have access to edit their own articles, as well as submitted and released articles from other members of their organization.

Edit an article

  1. Click Inbox on the main menu.
  2. Click on the Drafts or Released folder, and locate the article that you want to edit.
  3. Click the title or on the icon to open your article page.
  4. Once you’re done making changes, you can either click Release at the top of your article to make it immediately visible on www.army.mil, or you can click to schedule it for a future release date.
