Competitors knock out as many push-ups as they can in the allotted two-minute window during the physical fitness portion of the U.S. Forces Command Soldiers and Noncommissioned Officer of the Year Competition here at Joint Base Lewis-McChord, July 27.  The four-day competition pits eight Soldiers and eight NCOs against one another in order to determine the best of the best from active-duty, National Guard and U.S. Army Reserve Soldiers under U.S. Forces Command.
