The Army this week is hosting an interactive demonstration of its Future Combat Systems (FCS) modernization program in the Pentagon parking lot -- South parking, between Corridors 2 and 3, behind the bus lines. (See attached media advisory.) Pentagon staff and visitors are welcome.

The event includes a simulation-like device of modernized Army FCS vehicles and a separate technologies display with prototype FCS technologies and complementary systems.

Army Soldiers, FCS program officials, and industry subject matter experts will all be on hand to discuss the Army's innovative 21st-Century fighting strategy and new FCS technologies.

For more information, contact Lieutenant Colonel William Wiggins (703-697-7591) or Mary Ann Hodges (703-697-4314).
