The 37th Becoming Everything You Are (BEYA) Science, Technology, Engineering and Math (STEM), Global Competitive Conference will be held Feb. 9-11 at the Gaylord National Resort & Conference Center, National Harbor, Maryland.

The BEYA STEM conference and career fair is a national annual event that offers college students, recent graduates, K-12, corporate, government, military professionals, business, and industry employers three days of learning, networking, celebrating excellence, and showcasing STEM career opportunities. The goal of the BEYA conference is to create connections between students, educators and STEM professionals. The Department of Defense is committed to increasing and maintaining an emphasis on STEM careers across DoD, and the Department of the Army will be showcased during this year’s conference.

Army Materiel Command and Army Installation Management Command are hiring! AMC will offer on-the-spot hiring opportunities at the 2023 BEYA In-Person/Virtual Career Fair. The BEYA Virtual Career Fair will give participants an opportunity to interact with leaders and managers from various AMC organizations, including IMCOM, and learn more about the variety of careers available.

IMCOM will be hiring for the following positions: architect, auditor, civil engineer, community planner, construction control representative, contract specialist, electrical engineer, energy manager, engineering technician, environmental engineer, general engineer, interdisciplinary physical scientist/environmental engineer, biologist, mechanical engineer, realty specialist, and stormwater engineer.
