Army Welcomes New Chief of Staff

Gen. George W. Casey Jr. swears in as the 36th Army chief of staff, following the change of responsibility ceremony at Fort Myer, Va., April 10. Gen. Casey took over as chief of staff from Gen. Peter J. Schoomaker in a ceremony hosted by Pete Geren, acting secretary of the Army.
