MAJ. GEN. THOMAS SEAMANDS, COMMANDING GENERAL OF U.S. ARMY HUMAN RESOURCES COMMAND, Command Sgt. Maj. Jefferson, U.S. Army Human Resources Command senior enlisted advisor, and Pfc. Rayona Wright, the youngest Soldier assigned to U.S. Army Human Resources Command, cut a cake in recognition of Sexual Assault Awareness and Prevention Month Monday at HRC. Seamands and Jefferson also signed a proclamation earlier during the event as part of a kick off for SAAPM and the many activities HRC will host throughout the month of April.
