WARSAW, Poland -- Soldiers of Company D, 3rd Combined Arms Battalion, 69th Armor Regiment, 1st Armored Brigade Combat Team, 3rd Infantry Division, based out of Fort Stewart, Georgia, marched in the Polish Armed Forces Day Parade here, Aug. 15.

The parade, held annually in the capital, commemorates the 96th anniversary of the Polish victory over Soviet Russia at the Battle of Warsaw in 1920 during the Polish-Soviet War.

The 3rd Infantry Division Soldiers‬ are currently on a training rotation in support of Operation ‪‎Atlantic Resolve‬, a U.S.-led effort in Eastern Europe that demonstrates U.S. commitment to the collective security of NATO and enduring peace and stability in the region.
