80th TC Family Readiness Program trains support assistants

Michael Bland, chief executive officer 80th Training Command, addresses 80th TC Family Readiness staff members as well as Family Readiness Support Assistants from across the command during a meeting in Richmond, Va., Jan. 28, 2016. Bland presented Maj. Gen. A.C. Roper's vision of the family readiness mission. Roper is the commander of the 80th TC. The purpose of the meeting was to help the support assistants better understand their roles and expectations, and to make them aware of available programs designed to help Soldiers and their families.
