U.S. Army Forces Command and U.S. Army Reserve Command observed the birthday of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. with a program in Gen. George C. Marshall Hall Jan. 12.

Toni S. King, North Carolina District Court Judge from Cumberland County, was the guest speaker.

The event was hosted by FORSCOM Chief of Staff, Maj. Gen. Jimmie Jay Wells.
