Brig. Gen. Dennis Doyle, Commanding General of Tripler Army Medical Center (TAMC) and Pacific Regional Medical Command (PRMC), along with Command Sergeant Major, Robert Luciano, Senior Enlisted Advisor for TAMC and PRMC, fill out their Federal Post Card Applications (FPCA) on June 30 at TAMC, to raise awareness for Armed Forces Voting Week.

The FPCA acts as a registration and request for absentee ballot forms which need to be filled out prior to Federal elections in November. In order to vote in upcoming elections, this is a mandatory first step. FPCAs can be filled out by hand and mailed in or accessed online via the FVAP.gov website and emailed.
