Mr. Harvard Yuen, an employee of the Project Manager Close Combat Systems, Program Executive Office Ammunition, is the Project Management Officer for Hand Held Signals. He has been instrumental in the coordination, oversight, and expeditious fielding of the Emergency Signal Kit to the United States Army National Training Center in Fort Irwin, CA.
In addition, he was recognized for the recently released Hand Held Signal Flare Safety Video. The Signal Kit and Safety Video have proven beneficial in providing both safety and reliability to the soldier. Soldier safety is a top priority across the United States Army Forces Command (FORSCOM) and Mr. Yuen's dedication, expertise, and professionalism helps to ensure that soldiers receive reliable and safe ammunition.
Mr. Yuen was commended by the FORSCOM Commanding General and the Deputy Chief of Staff for his significant contributions to solider safety and the National Training Center.
