For almost 60 years, the Sentinel has served as the Fort McPherson and Fort Gillem newspaper, keeping the community informed and entertained with news. Though the name sometimes changed, from The Reporter to The Lucky Times to the Sentinel, its goal of reporting the nesws has never changed. Although the paper will continue to be produced electronically until Aug. 12, today marks the final printed run of the newspaper. In publishing terms, its time to put the paper to bed.
