In February, we started a new CECOM initiative called VOTE--Voice of the Employee, which allows you a channel and an opportunity to provide confidential feedback on many of the factors that affect you and our workplace. The Defense Organizational Climate Survey (DEOCS) will help me understand issues facing our organization and plan actions to ensure we are moving in the right direction. I need your voice and your honest opinions on where I should focus my attention on the human relations climate of our organization in order to make improvements. I assure you that I will read every single comment and encourage you to respond with professionalism. This survey is voluntary and 100 percent anonymous--now is your chance to say exactly how you feel about formal or informal policies without hesitation, as there will be no attempt to identify respondents. An access code is required to gain access to the survey. This case-sensitive code was randomly generated and is not associated with your name or any other personal identifying source. The code ensures anonymity and that each individual selected completes only one survey. You should have received a survey access code in your email, but if you did not receive one, or can't find the code, speak with your supervisor.
