Maj. Gen. Kevin W. Mangum is the commanding general of the U.S. Army Aviation Center of Excellence. Prior to assuming command of USAACE, Mangum served as the commanding general of U.S. Army Special Operations Aviation Command. Mangum has served in a variety of joint, Aviation and special operations assignments.
