Fort Irwin, Calif., National Training Center -- Elements of the 1st Brigade, 4th Infantry Division defend against "Donovian" forces portrayed by the COEFOR (Contemporary Operating Environment Force) of the National Training Center on 7 NOV. NTC Rotation 13-02 (Decisive Action) pitted 1/4 BCT against a near-peer "Donovian" Threat along with criminal, insurgent and guerilla elements.
