The theme for this year's celebration was "Women Who Have Made Great Achievements," which aimed to recognize the significant contributions of women to the United States through their sacrifices, public services, and inspirational work. Moreover, this month's observance highlights the fact that women make up 16% of the regular Army and serve as soldiers and civilians in all Army career fields.
