Army Civil Works seeking Tribal Nations input on consultation policy

The comment deadline has now been extended to July 12, 2023.

The Office of the Assistant Secretary of the Army for Civil Works is modernizing how business is conducted with Tribal Nations, including strengthening Nation-to-Nation relations. Army Civil Works is currently seeking input and engaging in Tribal consultation on the draft update to the Tribal Consultation Policy (which also includes Appendix A and Appendix B).
