Installation Food Program manager Dana Womack said she and the staff worked hard to create dishes that followed Army dining facility parameters, while also paying homage to traditional Hispanic fare.

“I’m trying to give the Soldiers a chance to experience different cultures, meals and the history associated with our own service members,” said Womack. “I wanted to make it special and hope people enjoy it.”
