The Regional Health Command -- Central Office of the Inspector General finished the region-wide training of 3,160 RHC-C team members. The training team traveled across 20 states to all of the subordinate units within the Region and gave face-to-face training starting in July 2016.

Maj. Gen. Thomas R. Tempel Jr., RHC-C commanding general, directed the RHC-C IG staff to conduct training throughout the region for current and future military and civilian leaders. The training highlighted how to prevent bullying and hazing, before it begins, by promoting dignity and respect, the Army Values and professionalism in the workplace.

According to Maj. Gen. Tempel, "The Army is a values-based organization where everyone is expected to do what is right by all persons with dignity and respect. Hazing and bullying and other behaviors that undermine dignity and respect are fundamentally in opposition to our values and are prohibited. I am committed to the prevention of these behaviors and reaffirm that they will not be practiced, condoned, or tolerated."
