Respected AMEDD leader hosts leadership seminar at TAMC

HONOLULU, Hawaii (Mar. 17, 2017) - Retired Col. Chuck Callahan, DO, Vice President of Population Health at the University of Maryland Medical Center hosts a 'Lunch and Learn' leadership seminar for staff members at Tripler Army Medical Center (Tripler) to discuss effective leadership communication. Dr. Callahan is a former chief of the Tripler Department of Pediatrics and an expert in the field of Pediatric Pulmonary Medicine and Population Health. "This is an incredible opportunity to have such a respected AMEDD leader come to Tripler Army Medical Center to share his leadership experiences, philosophy and vision," said Tripler Command Sgt. Maj. Timothy S. Sloan. Dr. Callahan will also host a Pediatric Educational Conference at Tripler discussing common pediatric conditions with general practitioners.
