Regional Health Command-Pacific (RHC-P) Commanding General, Brig. Gen. Patrick Sargent, along with RHC-P Senior Enlisted Advisor, Command Sgt. Maj. Richard Watson III, sign a proclamation on March 29, 2016 at the RHC-P Headquarters in Honolulu, Hawaii, designating the month of April as Sexual Assault Awareness and Prevention Month (SAAPM). RHC-P leaders have called upon each member of their organization, to include family members, to increase participation in efforts designed to prevent sexual assault, thereby strengthening the Army community.
