FORT HUACHUCA, Ariz. -- Meet Sandi Garbutt, U.S. Army Electronic Proving Ground Defense Travel System and Government Travel Card Program administrator. Garbutt oversees the travel orders and vouchers submissions and monitors travel card activity for USAEPG military and civilian personnel. She helps resolve errors and problems, gives desk-side training when needed, and explains procedures with a smile. Ask anyone at USAEPG who Garbutt is and they probably will not know unless they have a DTS or Travel Card problem; then, I am sure they can tell you exactly who Sandi Garbutt is and where she sits.
