FORT HOOD, Texas -- The 1st Cavalry Division Honor Guard, Band and Horse Cavalry Detachmenent, following members of the Armed Forces YMCA, were first down Avenue D in Copperas Cove, Texas, Dec. 6 during the Copperas Cove Christmas Parade.

The theme of the parade was "White Christmas;" however, it was Texas sun that shone. More than 30 organizations were represented in the parade as families and children lined the streets of the town just west of Fort Hood.
