Financial office loses another to retirement

REDSTONE ARSENAL, Ala. -- The U.S. Army Space and Missile Defense Command/Army Forces Strategic Command's G-8 office lost another valuable employee to retirement recently.

Carolyn Burt, lead financial management analyst, SMDC's G-8 office, retired Jan. 9 at the command's Redstone Arsenal headquarters.

During the ceremony, Burt received the Superior Civilian Service Award, a certificate of appreciation, an American flag, and a certificate of retirement and pin. Burt retires with 30 years of federal service.
