YONGSAN GARRISON, Republic of Korea - Dragon Hill Lodge celebrated its 18th anniversary May 3 with a block party featuring live bands and various activities. Events included a K-9 working dog demonstration; a 2nd Infantry Division M1 Tank, hot dog and potato chip eating contests, the 2nd ID Tae kwon do Demonstration Team, and a Frisbee Toss Contest for a chance to win $10,000. "We are really proud of what we do here, serving those who serve" said Kimberly LaTendresse, guest relations coordinator. "We had a ton of fun supporting the community. It really makes us feel like part of a team." Though no one won the $10,000 Frisbee Toss Contest, many of the participants had a good time. "My son's having a great time," Lisa Mirro said. "It's been a wonderful day."
