The monthly Fort Knox retirement ceremony will be Friday, April 25 at 3 p.m. in Waybur Theater and hosted by the commanding general of 100th Training Division, Brig. Gen. Martin Jung, and cohosted by the operations sergeant major of 100th Training Division, Sgt. Maj. Stephen Gremore.

The following retirees will be honored during the ceremony:

  • Col. Mark McPherson, U.S. Army Human Resources Command, 33 years of service
  • Lt. Col. Efrain Fernandez-Anaya, U.S. Army Human Resources Command, 31 years of service
  • Maj. Jonathan Chakeres, 1st Theater Sustainment Command, 20 years of service
  • Sgt. Maj. David Duckett, U.S. Army Human Resources Command, 25 years of service
  • 1st Sgt. Wilfred Aho Jr., 19th Engineer Battalion, 26 years of service
  • Sgt. 1st Class Ronald Alvia-Loor, 1st Theater Sustainment Command, 22 years of service
  • Sgt. 1st Class Geoffrey Magnuson, 1st Theater Sustainment Command, 21 years of service
  • Sgt. 1st Class Jason Manwarren, Recruiting Outreach Company, 22 years of service
  • Sgt. 1st Class James Velasquez, U.S. Army Cadet Command, 24 years of service
