FORT KNOX, Ky. – Patrons of the Fort Knox Commissary can now take advantage of the new CLICK2GO curbside pickup program.
The first CLICK2GO order was picked, delivered, and unloaded into the vehicle of Army retiree William Armstrong Aug. 3. Armstrong said he was surprised to discover he was the very first customer to take advantage of the new program, but grateful it was available.
“We just moved here,” said Armstrong. “It was easy to sit at home and go through what we brought with us and see what we still need, then just use the website.”
In addition to the employees who delivered Armstrong’s order, installation and commissary leadership was on hand to witness the occasion and celebrate the system launch. Fort Knox Garrison Commander Col. Lance O’Bryan said he plans to use the new system.

“I’m usually leaving the office about six at night, and the last thing I want to do is have to come and spend another 30 minutes in here walking around,” said O’Bryan. “Now I can go online in advance and come over and pick it up on the way home instead.”
