Team CECOM,

I hope all of you enjoyed President's day and took the opportunity to spend a bit more time with family. I would also like to take this time to thank you all for your virtual attendance of Ethnic Observances at your installations. I know our senior commanders appreciate the support.... stay safe out there and I'll see some of you in the upcoming weeks.

Effective immediately all CECOM APG users are directed to execute the Windows 10 v1909 upgrade IAW with guidance below.

ACTION: Teleworkers will initiate the pull via VPN at the end of the day to avoid any impact to duty responsibilities. On-site employees will initiate the pull via their network connection prior to leaving for the day. The start date for this action was 16 February, and the completion date is NLT 26 February. On 27 February, all computers that have not yet been voluntarily upgraded to v1909 will receive the NEC "push," which will force an upgrade on those computers--potentially during the duty day. For any issues associated with the upgrade, please enter a Remedy ticket with the Army Enterprise Service Desk at 1-866-335-2769. Upgrade inquiries can be addressed via the CECOM Hotline at 443-861-2080 or e-mail the IT Customer Support mailbox at usarmy.apg.cecom.mbx.it-customer-support@mail.mil.

The COVID Vaccination Request survey is now live for APG team members to register to receive the vaccine on the installation. As vaccine allocations become available, the COVID vaccine team will distribute vaccines based upon priority phase to those registered to receive the vaccine via the survey.

Who is eligible to receive the vaccine on APG?

- Active Duty Military

- DOD Civilians

- DOD Beneficiaries

- Retirees/Reservists

- Select Contractors

How do I sign up?

- Please fill out the COVID Vaccination Request survey, which is accessible via CAC through the following link: https://cecom.aep.army.mil/apps/gen/COVID19Vaccine/default.aspx.

- For those who do not have a CAC, such as DOD beneficiaries and retirees, entries can be submitted on your behalf by a spouse/family member with a CAC, or you can contact the Kirk Army Health Clinic.

Vaccine distribution is being coordinated through the link above, the COVID vaccine team, and Kirk Army Health Clinic. This does not require any employee to provide personal medical information to a supervisor.

If you have questions or are looking for additional information, please visit the APG News website for more information at: https://apgnews.com/community-news/covid-19-vaccine-faq/.

Thank you for your hard work and commitment to our Soldiers, our mission, and our Army. I appreciate all you do!

Sincerely,

MG Kilgo
