Command Sgt. Major Warren Robinson presents Sgt. Shaqeem Freeman, 305th Military Intelligence Battalion, an award for winning the Fort Huachuca, Ariz. Best Warrior Noncommissioned Officer.

NCOs and Soldiers from U.S. Army Fort Huachuca spent two long days competing in the Best Warrior Competition (BWC). The competition consisted of a number of physical and mental events that culminated in an appearance before a board. Our 2020 Best Warrior NCO is Sgt. Freeman from the 305th Military Intelligence Battalion. Only one point separated our runner-up, Staff Sgt. Alberstadt from the 304th Military Intelligence Battalion. We had two Best Warrior Soldiers, Spc. Estrada from the 111th Military Intelligence Brigade and SPC Jones from the Raymond W. Bliss Army Health Center. Sgt. Freeman and Spc. Jones will represent Fort Huachuca at the U.S. Army Training and Doctrine Command BWC while Spc. Estrada is preparing to depart for Ranger School. Thanks to all the commands for coming out to support their NCOs and Soldiers for all their hard work. (click on highlighted text for video news coverage)
