The annual 2019 Federal Employee Viewpoint Survey is open May 14 -- 21 for all federal employees. This is an opportunity to share with leaders, at all levels, what is going right and what isn't going well in your organization. The 2019 FEVS is your opportunity to share your feedback on leadership, pay, innovation, work--life balance, and other issues.

Your feedback from the 2018 FEVS helped Army understand where we are doing well and where we can improve. Within the survey, a number of survey questions align to drivers that support conditions for achieving an engaged workforce. These drivers, leveraged appropriately, can indicate direction and options for effective change.
