Fort Benning, GA -- Members of the WHINSEC Command team visited the Costa Rican Minister of Public Safety, Hon. Michael Soto Rojas, and the Director of the Republic of Panama National Police, H. S. Alonso Vega Pino, March 25-29, 2019.

Col. Walter Navarro, Institute's sub-Commandant for Police Affairs and guest instructor from Costa Rica, with CSM Karim M. Mella, Institute's Command Sergeant Major and LTC Jorge Dominguez, guest instructor from Panama, met and discussed accords between the Institute and the visited countries related to the professional development of cadets, and Noncommissioned Officers in their respective country's security forces.
