Maj. Gen. Michael A. Bills, is promoted to the rank of Lt. Gen. during a ceremony at Eighth Army Headquarters, U.S. Army Garrison Humphreys (Camp Humphreys), South Korea, Jan. 5, 2018. Bills was joined by his family and other military members throughout the Republic of Korea.
