Army announces upcoming 1st ABCT, 3rd Infantry Division unit rotation

WASHINGTON -- The Department of the Army announced today the fall 2020 rotation to Korea of the 1st Armored Brigade Combat Team, 3rd Infantry Division, stationed at Fort Stewart, Georgia.

The 1st ABCT will replace the 2nd Brigade Combat Team, 1st Infantry Division, as part of a regular rotation of forces to support the United States’ commitment to southeast Asia partners and allies.

"We are excited and honored to represent the 3rd Infantry Division and XVIII Airborne Corps,” said Col. Trent D. Upton, commander of the 1st ABCT. “We are trained and ready."
