CAMP ARIFJAN, Kuwait -- Army Reserve Maj. Gen. Mark W. Palzer, commanding general of the 79th Sustainment Support Command, visited the Soldiers of the 451st Expeditionary Sustainment Command and held a town hall meeting along with Brig. General Bruce E. Hackett, commanding general of the 451st ESC, Nov. 28, 2016 at Camp Arifjan, Kuwait.

Soldiers received status updates about the 79th's SSC future operations, and Palzer addressed Soldiers' questions.

"We are going to be looking for missions for our subordinate units, especially down at the company and battalion level," said Palzer as he discussed the command's future missions supporting the U.S. Africa Command.

Hackett also provided advice and guidance to the Soldiers as they prepare to wrap up their nine-month deployment and pass on the lessons learned to the incoming unit.
