ABERDEEN PROVING GROUND, Md. (June 14, 2016) -- Lt. Gen. H.R. McMaster, director of the Army Training and Doctrine Command's Army Capabilities Integration Center and deputy commanding general, Futures, led a discussion on the implementation of the Army's network refinement with senior leadership from APG.
Organizations at the meeting came from Army Research, Development and Engineering Command; Communications-Electronics Command; Army Test and Evaluation Command; Program Executive Office for Intelligence, Electronic Warfare and Sensors; and Program Executive Office for Command, Control, Communications Tactical.
McMaster requested a forum with the command, control, communications, computers, intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance; research and development; and testing community to provide an update on the Mission Command Network Refinement Narrative and to request that leaders discuss implementation strategies.
