FORT LEE, Va. -- Lt. Gen. David G. Perkins, U.S. Army Combined Arms Center commanding general, presents a command coin to Sgt. 1st Class James L. Swenson, Career Development noncommissioned officer, for his game-changing service to the Transportation School. Perkins was hosted by Maj. Gen. Larry D. Wyche, Combined Arms Support Command and Fort Lee commanding general, during his visit to the Home of Sustainment Nov. 21.

Also presented coins for their performance were from left to right: Sgt. 1st Class Deborah A. Rodriguez, Bravo Company, 832nd Ordnance Battalion SHARP Representative, Ordnance School, and David P. Staples, Operations Directorate director, Joint Culinary Center of Excellence, Quartermaster School.

Each recipient was recognized for their service and dedication to training and developing military members.
