FORT LEE, Va. - Retired Maj. Gen. Vincent "Vinny" Boles, the 33rd Chief of Ordnance, shared lessons learned from his 33-year career in the military with members of the Combined Arms Support Command team, as part of the command's leader professional development program. Boles spoke candidly to a capacity crowd gathered in the U.S. Army Transportation School auditorium Nov. 20 about some of the challenges and opportunities he encountered as a Soldier and leader.
