Mission Statement:
Mission: Install, operate, and defend Network and Mission Command capabilities for Joint, Interagency, Intergovernmental, and Multinational forces within the Western Hemisphere in support of Unified Land Operations. As directed, support other national missions or contingency operations.

Vision Statement:
The Army's Premier Theater Signal Command " A team of dedicated, innovative, adaptive Soldiers and Civilians providing only the very best Network and Mission Command Capabilities to our Supported Commands; anywhere, anytime.

As I take command we will continue the efforts of my predecessors and maintain momentum to modernize and standardize our network, take the necessary steps to regionalize our services, and continue to build the Army Cyber Force. The prioritization of these efforts remains unchanged. Our Army is counting on us to get these initiatives completed to standard and on time. I also believe we are at a strategic inflection point in our Army's history, and specifically, our Signal Regiment. That inflection point is centered on the opportunity the 7th Signal Command has, to contribute to, and shape the rise of Cyber capabilities and forces as we operate in this critical domain.

Brig. Gen. John W. Baker Commander, 7th SC (Theater)
