ABERDEEN PROVING GROUND, Md. - Noncommissioned officers of Headquarters, the Army Evaluation Center and Aberdeen Test Center of the U.S. Army Test and Evaluation Command recite the NCO Creed as they reaffirm their commitment to serve as part of the Army's Profession of Arms "Operation Solemn Promise" campaign at Aberdeen Proving Ground, Md., Sept. 28.

The NCOs attended an early morning training session that offered a review of their duties as noncommissioned officers in the Army prior to reciting the NCO Creed.

ATEC began completing the requirements of Operation Solemn Promise at the beginning of September and will transition to Phase II Oct. 1. In October, the command will focus monthly training on the Army Values beginning with Loyalty and ending with Personal Courage.
