ROCK ISLAND ARSENAL, Ill. -- The Rock Island Arsenal military community honored those who have died as a result of the tragic terrorist attacks on Sept. 11, 2001. The arsenal, located in the heart of the Quad Cities, conducted a "Memorial Walk" and later that day gathered again for a remembrance ceremony to mark the 11th anniversary.
