FORT LEE, Va. (June 21, 2012) -- The Fort Lee community celebrated the Army's 237th birthday with a cake cutting, patriotic music and displays at the Sustainment Center of Excellence headquaters June 14.

Col. Rodney Edge, U.S. Army Garrison, Fort Lee commander, hosted the event that also included the presentation of Bronze Stars to veterans of past wars. More than 100 community members were on hand for the celebration.
