President Barack Obama and Estonian Prime Minister Taavi Rõivas spoke to American paratroopers from the 173rd Airborne Brigade and Estonian soldiers from the Estonian Defense Forces' Single Scouts Battalion during a troop event held Sep. 3 in Tallinn, Estonia. During his visit Obama reminded the troops of their significant role while training together in the region, stating, "You are sending a powerful message that as NATO allies we stand together … we stand as one."
