FORT MYER, Va. Aug. 9, 2018 - More than 75 military leaders from Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland and the United States gathered at Fort Myer for U.S. Army Staff Talks, hosted by Maj. Gen. John Sullivan, Director of Operations for the Army G-4. The meeting was the first time all five countries met in this type of forum multilaterally to discuss a broad range of topics focusing on optimizing interoperability and strengthening alliances to deliver more effective coalition operations. Key outcomes include a series of agreed-to actions on mission command and sustainment, as well as an agreement to meet again in this multilateral forum in 2019.
