The Army G-4, in collaboration with Army Materiel Command, recently released a pamphlet today entitled "Shaping the U.S. Army's Organic Industrial Base in Wartime and Peacetime." This pamphlet points out the work our Government-owned Depots and Arsenals have done over the past 10 years and outlines a new 10-year strategic plan to transition from wartime to peacetime operations.
