WIESBADEN, Germany -- Lt. Gen. Anatoliy Pushnyakov, commander, Ukraine Land Force, was ceremonially welcomed here, March 26, during his visit to Army Europe's area of operation.

Lt. Gen. Ben Hodges, commanding general, Army Europe, welcomed the Ukrainian commander during the formal ceremony. An honor cordon, which is a formation of Soldiers specifically formed to present honors to a visiting dignitary, stood alongside the U.S. Army Europe Band & Chorus, who played the U.S. and Ukrainian national anthems during the start of the ceremony.
